Nexus is a gestalt Pathfinder/DND 3.5 game: This means that at every level you pick two classes and take the best of both classes (the better HD the better BAB the better save progression, Skill points, and you also get the class abilities of both)Grapples and disarms are going to be done via pathfinders rules except CMD is 15+ instead of 10+ You may play any race, but if the race has more than 1 level adjust I will have to make a monster class for you. If you would like a custom half-breed template I can also do that. Feats are done via the pathfinder feat progression, skills also use the pathfinder condensed skills list. The pathfinder traits are allowed if you can work them into your back-story, which is open except for the farm boy background.(round 3 characters need not worry about farm boy background) the game is a 32 point buy, here is a calculator.
You may not have more than 2 ranks in a craft or profession skill without a teacher The farming plain every player starts on turns you into a commoner of one of the following races: Human, elf, Halfling, goblin, Orc. All skills become profession farmer unless the DM tells you otherwise. Each player gets 3 cantrips (level 0 spells) from any spell list, at will (with the exception of cure/inflictminor wounds, which is 5/day )The pathfinder favoured class rules are not going to be used. Psionics are banned except for the soul knife. And so is taking anything from the epic level handbook before epic levels.
